As for as it is mini stentering and heat setting machine, so if you need dip the fabrics into the fabric softener before stentering, you should hang the wet materials in the air and let it to be air-dry to 70% dry. Directly put the full wet material for stentering is nor workable. For the machine body is just 6m long, the heating time inside just too short, 2 seconds come out from another side, so it cannot act good stentering function to full wet material. A little moist material is most suitable to stentering and heat setting on this set machine.

If you need to dip the material into the fabric softener before stentering, please let the wet fabric to get dry, you can hang the wet fabric in the air and let it to be air-dry to 70% dry, then you can make stentering for it.

Before stentering

2.Preparation:

  • Switch on the power supply, set up the temperature according to the products material( cloth materials)
  • Open all heating Switch
  • Adjust the width of the product (fabric)( using the stentering switch)
  • Switch on the material feeding button, warming up,
  • Tidying up and connecting up the fabric for heating and stentering.
  • When reaching the setting temperature, please keep it run in the constant temperature for 20 minutes before working.
  • All the heat setting products (material) must has 2M guiding cloth before material entering and at the material ending.
  • Press the stop button to hang the guiding cloth into the hooks at both sides, and then press the start button for material feeding.
  • During the material feeding, you should adjust the fabric tension at any moment according to the fabric width, keep the fabric cover has a balanced stentering force, and look at the fabric longitude and latitude, if the force is not balanced, then using the single force material feeding button to adjust it.   
  • At the start of material feeding, please look to the product material, lace and embroidery density to control the material feeding speed. Once the guiding fabric pass the heating sector, the operator should timely pull up the fabrics and hang it into the fabric output device, and at the same time look to the product ( fabric) condition, and tell the result to the main operator, the main operator will adjust the working speed and temperature timely.

Remarks:
The setting temperature reaches 230℃, you should get wet the starting guiding fabric to balance the temperature in the heating sector.

  • Please switch off the heating button 10 minutes before the work finishing for power saving.
  • The work finished, please keep the machine to work with low speed until the temperature down to 50℃-60℃, and then switch off the power.

After stentering

Maintenance:

  • The machine working for 50 hours, please open the transmission parts (chains, gears), clean them and inject high-temperature lubricant.
  • If the machine running for 100 hours, please open the machine body to inspect the power and circuit
  • Running 200 hours, must clean the fabric stentering guide bar and inject the lubricant.

Safety guard

  • This product is electric heating equipment, it may occur electric shock for the reason of weather, heating, or long time using, so this machine must install earth wire.
  • Please don’t repair the machine during the machine working, in case to scald, please diagnose it before treatment.
  • During the machine working, the operators cannot touch the heating parts of the machine body, in case to scald.
  • The operator with long hair and wearing the skirt is prohibited; please follow this rule coming to the operator work.
  • Caution: If the setting temperature is over 240℃, it may cause flame
