JX1800-II Finishing Shearing Machine

Finishing Shearing Machine is the special device wide used in shearing superfluous thread on the surface of embroidery. It can be used for embroidery machine, weaving machine and shiffli machine. The cloth joint sewing and embroidery crevasse breaking to be automatically controlled by PLC controller.

• Fabric tightening motor and Fabric pulling motor controlled by frequency changer with independent operation button, realizing stepless regulation of fabric tensility, thereupon raise its working efficiency.
• Special Shearing Cylinder motion: Shearing Cylinder rotate with uniformly horizontal move increased the operating life and precision of cylinder blade.
• Shearing Cylinder is equipped with timing automatic lubricating device.
• Special design of concentrated air suction, strong suction ensure full thread cutting.
• Manual knives pneumatically lifting is applied to pass fabric joining.
• Equipped with metal detector of electroacoustic alarm for the metal and needle broken.
