MQSL-6 multi head straight line quilting machine
This series quilting machine is used for heat preservation quilt making for vegetable warmhouse in winter.
This machine adopt gantry type stitch sewing style, one time it can sewing out 6-8-12-14-16-18 lines, adopt very big rotary hook to hooking the thread, lock stitch sewing style. The sewn stitches are very flat and very nice, no thread split open.
The quilting machine for the 2-meters stitching width can sew out12 straight lines or 14 straight lines.
The quilting machine for the 3-meters stitching width can sew out 16 straight lines or 18 straight lines.
We can make the special machine according to the customer special demand.
Adopt 3 phase 1.5kw Timing motor driving system,
The speed can be adjusted to sew 0-100 stitches per minutes.
The needle interval can be adjusted to 1-4cm at maximum.
And the sewing thickness can be 3-4cm after pressed.
The weight is 2-8kgs per square meter.
Adopt the extra long needle, and machine working is much stable.
