MQSL-94” Non-shuttle straight line multi needle quilting machine
This machine is mechanical straight line non-shuttle quilting machine, it is specially used for making the heat preservation quilt of vegetable warmhouse, and it is initially developed by our factory.
Specifications:
- Non-shuttle quilting—the bottom thread use tower shape thread, it can make continuous sewing work.
- Very good sewing quality—stable and durable, not easy to be damaged, the using life can be 10 years long.
- Easy operation and fast: investment less, and save your manpower, one day it can produce 3000m long products for you ( 24 hours working for 3000m long productivity).
- More thickness quilting—0-5cm sewn products (finished products thickness after pressed), and the designs have not any distortion.
- Easy operation, the row spacing and needle can be adjusted at will
- Inside the valid sewing width it can store more than 90 lines threads, and can increase or decrease at will.
- The biggest quilting width is 2.4m; needle interval is 2.54mm at minimum.
- Using the super quality needle for the number: 24# and 25#.
