QM-8-2 Double Head Computerized Quilting Machine

Characteristics：

1. The head moves along X axis, and the girder moves along Y axis.
2. Work efficiency is double of the single head quilting machine.
3. Each head can work independently.
4. Using special technology, guarantee the quilt can't be pulled to damage.
5. Automatically lock the stitch at every start point and end point of the thread segment.
6. Main shaft and every heads are all controlled by servomotor, totally using four servo motors.
7. Using good quality hardware and software, the right-angle, sharp-angle and circle can be well quilted.
8. 15" color monitor, Chinese or English menu, pattern, stitch distance, current stitch, rotation speed can be displayed in time.
9. Using industrial main board, Floppy disk and USB disk to input patterns.
10. Use popular Tajima (.dst) format pattern design files.
11. Upper thread breakage detection system: when the thread breaks, machine will stop automatically.
12. Quilting pattern storage: 200 patterns memory, and can be read from floppy.
13. Zoom in and out the pattern by 1cm step.
14. Automatically backwards for requiting.
15. Automotive backtrack at every start and stop during the pattern cycle.
16. Safety device: machine will stop automatically against faulty and the reason will be displayed on the screen.
17. Power off recovery function, if power off during the working, the computer will save the preset design and parameters.
