QM-29(Series) Singles head Computerized Quilting Machine

This series quilting equipment is for making all kinds of quilt, padding and bedspread.
Characteristics:

  1. Adopt industrial control system with good stability. Main shaft is driven by inverter, movement of X axis and Y axis by step motor driver.
  2. Take small floor space.
  3. Major components are imported, such as guideway groupware.
  4. Use fluid pressure type central lubricating system for supplying oil to sewing-head and pedestal. Simple, convenient and trusty.
  5. Supply both devices of movable and fixed presser foot, easy for making change.
  6. Overall power of complete machine is lower than 1KW.
  7. Can use both DAT and DST pattern format, with function of browse pattern.
  8. For reinforcing the starting and ending of sewing, the machine offers forward and backward sewing. Needle pitch can be special processed.
  9. The needle stops at high position when machine stops. If upper thread breaks the machine automatically stops running.
  10. With forward and backward quilting modes and offer press buttons like forward, backward and needle thread etc. Real-time display quilting status and operation method.
  11. Patterns trace seeking function for insuring needle to fix position quickly.
  12. Setting and revising function, providing convenient frame limit setting and revision.
  13. Patterns zoom in and out automatically by setting margin.
  14. With protection function for transgress limit. System testing function can test machine working status quickly, used for maintenance.
