Mini flat style hot melt machine/ hot melt film stripping machine

To combining the usage of supernatural clear adhesive film (hot melt adhesive film and embroidery use film), the mini flat hot melt machine have been developed.

This mini flat hot melt machine is Tulle (net) embroidery using to hot melt film stripping after embroidery. It has 2 kind models: flat hand press style hot melt machine and flat roller style hot melt machine.

It has small size and smart design, small space occupied; it can absolutely strip away the films after embroidery, very fast working efficiency, greatly increase your productivity. And what’s more it has lower temperature (about 130℃), so it can guarantee the fabrics and embroidery thread don’t shrink and never turn the colors. And it can guarantee the water soluble liner don’t shrink or change color after soaking inside the water. 

This machine adopt aluminum board heating and aluminum board working as the bottom (thicken), it also can hot-fix many kinds of glues and films on the cotton, ramie textile, synthetic fibre and other textile materials. It can use for screen printing, Plastisol print, and flocking heat seal, and foaming printing techniques and other heat treatment. Economical and practical.

The models have the follows: 23*32cm.40*40cm.40*60cm..60*80cm. adjustable temperature：0-300℃，adopt PID Chips digitally computer control the temperature, to assure a constant temperature, The bottom plate is equipped with temperature-resistance foaming silica gel board, it has very good resistance to high temperature, and it won’t distortion under the temperature of 350℃。

3. Remarks for embroidery usage：

• The hot melt machine is stripping the black film, and after that you want to strip away the white film, then you should well clean up the machine tool, so as not to dirty the sensitive fabrics with blemishes, or you can use the cotton cloth to cover the cloth, and shear down the laces, and then you can use it safely. Otherwise the black dead film (glue) will stick to the sweater or fabrics and coming to rejection, then it will bring you big loss.
• Please don’t smear the oil during using the hot melt film or glue, if smeared the oil because of carelessness please be sure to make clean before stripping the film or glue, so as not to impact the film stripping effect;
• Be sure to check the film or glue stripping effect during the hot melt processing, because the film or glue stripping effect will be very different because of different materials, so as not to bring you loss.

4.Operations

• Plug in 220V，open the power master switch，the power supply light on( remarks: the whole  machine must have the firm grounded power cord)
• Adjust the Thermostat to the required temperature, normally it is 180-200℃
• set up the temperature: press “SET” key for one time, then the SV window indicator light on, then press“＋” or “—” key to set up the temperature, finishing this setup, press “SET” key coming back to the interface.
• Adjust the timer to the required time, normally it is 40-45 seconds or so；
• Plainly put the clothes or materials on the silica gel board, then fold on the hot fix film, the hot fix film have the design to face the parts on the clothes to make hot transfer, and then press down the handle with force till complete close( remarks: the pressures cannot be over 30kg,otherwise the handle will twist.
• The buzzer will alarm once the heating time finish, and then lift the handle to its original position.
• If it is cold-tear hot fix film, please use the blackboard wiper to wipe the hot fix film evenly, and 5-10 minutes after tear of the hot fix film.
• If it is hot-tear hot fix film, then immediately tear off the film once after hot fix processing finished.
• Successful hot fix processing need right time, good temperature, and combing with the right pressure. The thickness of materials and the type of films all will do effect to the hot fix printing, all hot fix film need make try hot fix as samples before bulk production.

5.Maintenance

• pressure：if the pressure is not enough or too much, you can adjust the pressure nut, clockwise direction is increasing the pressure, and anticlockwise direction is decrease the pressure.
• Time：The hot fix time out, but the buzzer don’t make alarm or keep alarm all time, then please check the microswitch in the back side and see if it is well connected, if it is not in right connection, then adjust it to the right connection.
• Temperature：warm-up for 15 minutes, the heating indicator light will go out once the temperature come to the set temperature. At that time you can start the hot fix printing. Please check the circuitry If the heating board is not heating within long time after the machine start.
• Pressing the handle to the end, loosen hands, the handle will lift back automatically, please adjust down the nut on the heating board. If you feel not easy to lift back the handle after finishing the hot fix printing, you can adjust up the nut.
