ZD-9050 label cutting machine is equipped with professional CCD camera, and automatic Recognition function, the laser cutting area is 900*500mm, equipped with very thick honeycomb working table, The CCD camera has the resolution of 1.3 megapixel (CCD eyeshot can be 150*1200mm), and according to the recognized label contour it can automatically make the cutting route, and precisely make laser cutting along the contour, it can make automatic locating, and make cutting and hole on the part pattern, thus it solved the very problem that the weaving label will be stochastic deformation and it is not possible to make the uniform cutting size, thus avoid the cutting waste.
This model equipment has 2 cutting style, it can seek the points to make laser cutting and it can automatically find the contour to make laser cutting, double kind recognition function, precise and right. Generally speaking, seeking the point to make laser cutting is finding some characteristic points in the trademark and applique, and then setting up the format design in the computer, drawing the cutting contour according to the format and then making laser cutting.
