Transfer cam

The transfer cam is triangle composite type design, single or double cam system all can make transfer independently or simultaneously, also it can knit according to the system, so to achieve to high efficiency production.

Loop density

Controlled by stepping motor, 24-section density selectable, adopt subsection technology control, adjustable range is 0-650 degrees, and the length of the knitwear piece can be much accurately controlled.

Sinker system

Controlled by stepping motor, it can be adjusted according to different knitwear, to achieve various results of fashion narrowing and widening.
At the moment when the knitting needle is making the regular up-and-down movement, the yarn clearing, pinhole closure, collar, knocking over, loop, all need sinker piece assist the tongue needles to finish, the sinker control system can be adjusted according to knitting requirement, and prevent the woven fabric to go upward with needles, so the knitting effect will be best.

Take down roller

Computer gives the signal, and stepping motor control, 24 segment pull power selection, adjustable range is 0-100. The Integrated high position fabric winding roller greatly improved the stability during the needle transfer and knitting, guarantee the knitted products with very good quality; through the precise gear engagement to realize the fabric roller synchronously pulling the knitwear, the rolling surface connected with the knitwear is made from elastic material, it can perform the flexible pulling to the best to achieve the even knitting effect, and fabric roller is equipped with safety sensing device against the roller back, thus it can perform safe and effective protection function.

Yarn carrier

2x8 yarn carriers are on both sides of 4 guide rails, able to switch over the yarn carrier at any position of the needle bed (special intarsia carriers are for option) ,and the position is controlled by program. All 16 yarn carriers stopping place can be automatically adjusted according to the knitting width, and the program will automatically make fine tuning to the yarn carriers stopping place according to the head running speed, it has fast response and precise positioning features. In order to knit complicated knitwear, we also accommodate intarsia yarn carrier.

Safety alarm system
