Working process of tuft machine

The above is the working process for tufting machine.
- Clamp the cloth: Here it has 3 layer of cloth, the first layer is your fabric used for embroidery, second layer is Foam, and third layer is jeans or any material to be used for the lowest layer. Then clamp all 3 clothes together onto the frame of embroidery machine. The first layer is on the upper, second layer is in the middle, and the third layer is lowest touching the table.
- Embroidering: After the 3 layers of cloths to be clamped together, then start embroidering, till finishing all embroidery work on the frames.
- Adding glue: After the embroidery finished, take down all these 3 layers of cloth, and putting the glue onto the first layer of embroidery well-proportioned, so that all places of embroidery have this glue everywhere.
- IRONIING: After all glues put, you can use the iron to smooth the whole embroidery, so that all glue to be well-proportioned and tightly stick to everywhere of the embroidery. The aim to making glue on it is to let all embroidery stitches to be tightly stand there and don’t move during the hair cutting from the third and second layers.
- Hair cutting: After the glue to be stick to the embroidery tightly, then you turn the third layer to you and start the hair cutting from the third layer. After all the upper hair on the third layer to be cut out, and then turn away the third layer from that 2 layers and put aside. And then cut away the small hair over the foam, and let it looks very flat and clean, not any hair on it.
- Cleaning up:Turn away the foam layer from the embroidery.
- Finished products.
