MAYASTAR Sequins Hot Fix Embroidery Machine is multi-head sequin and flat mixed embroidery machine. But the sequins piece is not sewn to the fabrics, but using the hot sealing head to fix the sequins on the fabrics. It has improved the speed of sequin embroidery and solved the problem that 2mm sequin size is too small to needles. Meanwhile, it shows the beauty of sequin without thread. The technology of hot fix sequin is top one in worldwide.
Sequins hot fix embroidery machine can embroider 6 different colors and 6 sequins sizes in one design as necessary. The sequins piece looks much more shining because no thread sewn on it; even some other shapes like star, flower and square or any other shapes as you required can be embroidered too. So it is multifunctional sequins sewing machine.
Each twins head include left and right head, its Left head is flat embroidery machine head and Right head is hot fix sequin embroidery head which can setup six colors and 6 sizes of sequins(include 2mm,3mm,4mm, 5mm, 7mm, 9mm). The 2mm, 3mm sequins speed is about 300rpm, 4mm sequins speed is 200rpm and 5mm, 7mm and 9mm sequins speed is 120rpm.
