Usage
mainly used for opening and processing the polyester chemical fiber stuff to fill the pillow and cushions.
Working principle:
Opening the stuff material, and the opened stuff will be fed to the hopper feeder through blower, then you can measure the dosing according to your requirements, at last the stuff materials will be filled into the pillow through the blower, at the same time the vibrating working table will flap the pillow to the regular condition and to make the finished products more regular and plump. The finished product can always keep full condition and no distortion.
