Sequins sewing machine (Nailing sequin machine)
Nailing
sequin machine (chiffon machine) is mainly used for lace decoration
of shell fabric, curtains, etc. And it also has the same functions
of mending sequin machine, it can compensate the lost or missed
sequins at will, so it is very good assistant of your sequins embroidery
machine. What¡¯s more, it has very easy operation, after simple setting,
customers can embroider various combination designs with this machine.
 
Main functions and characteristics
It can perform the functions of both sewing
and stitching sequins; And it can work as the assistant of computer
sequins embroidery machine to compensated the missed sequins easily.
It can
be set to support sequin delivering of single rolling wheel, double
rolling wheel and fork by programming; The angles of motor running
and sequin delivering can be programmed,too; The interval stitches
of sequins can be set in the mode of stitching sequins, The normal
and special designs have been saved in the machine. Refer to Introduction
for details. Customers can directly select these designs for embroidery
in an easy way;
Easy matching:
components used for positioning, which incorporated in or attached
to the machine can work with the computerized sewing machine with
main shaft controller (e.g. Powermax, etc.) and general sewing machine
equipped with clutch motor to provide the function of sequin sewing.
Simply
displaying and operating: displayed by LED and equipped with key-press
system. The motor movement speed, angle and the sequin-dressing
angle may set up on the operation panel.
High speed
sequin delivery with stability: the speed can reach 1200 sequin/min.
It can
be set by programming to support different sequin delivering mechanisms:
single wheel, double wheel, single fork and double fork; the moving
angles of wheel and fork can be set by programming.
It supports
design editing. The step of needle may be programmed. The same or
different size can be dressed up, and they could be either overlapping
or fold and can set alternate sequins of 2 sizes; also it can work
on U-shape sequins.
There
are 55 built-in designs (according to applications, users can add
more to the number. The maximum capacity is 99) for users to select
and embroider.
It supports
manual sequin delivery (mending). Press the buttons on the panel
to control either front or rear motors to deliver sequins.
It supports
¡°stitch locking¡±. Users should use this function to insert two
stitches before embroidering to maintain integrality of the design.
It features the functions of parameter memory and design memory.
After resumption of the power, parameters remain and embroidering
continues.
