A.The computerized embroidery machine fault and solutions (mechanical part): (fault reason, solutions)
- The main shaft motor cannot work after pulling the bar switch:

- Lighten the weight of embroidery frame.
- Adjust the tension of the timing belt in the X and the Y direction;
- Clean it, add lubricating oil;
- Check the porcelain enameled set screw、spring pin and tighten them.
- Check the driving bearing and replace it if it broke;
- Check and look whether the embroidery frame is warped and whether the screw on the embroidery frame is overdue;
- Add mount and tighten it again.
- Input pattern again;
- Reference to electrical equipment fault and solutions.

- Thread breakage detection is not good: Including not detection and misdetection

- The contact between the thread take-up spring and tension stud (copper column) is not good, it won’t detect if the thread take-up spring is over loose; And misdetection or thread breaks if it’s over tightened;
- Embroidery thread leaves its course.
- The tension of embroidery thread is too loose or too tight.
- The linked timing belt between 05 parts and 010 parts is loose.
- Conductive cam and U-spring contact is bad.
- Conductive cam is loose, location changes.
- Adjacent conductive cam isn’t at right location, contact spring spacer with misdetection.
- Corresponding security, connection-peg of electric break checking board connection-peg is spoiled or loose.

- Check the location of the thread take-up spring, wipe it up or change. Adjustment method: contrarotate central screw, making the thread take-up spring leave copper column, then clockwise turns central screw until the spring touch the copper column, with that continuously turn more 15 degrees around on again;
- Adjust thread course again.
- Adjust 3 tension-side timing pulleys with a right tension, making the spring touch copper column when thread take-up bar takes up thread, and spring leave copper column when letting go thread.
- Tighten it, adjust tension, change.
- Unbolt the bolt, adjusting the location and joint.
- Adjust location.
- Adjust location of adjacent cam.

- Check the coordination parts of 05, 06 and 07 parts.

- Check coordination position between needle bar reciprocator and needle bar.

3、General check:
Computerized embroidery machine continuously work with high speed, so the related parts such as screw、hexagon nut、washer and liner etc will be loose gradually . You can listen to the sound, and check them at any moment, which can prevent you from fault and reduces your loss. So the workers and the technicians should take circular check over the all the parts at any moment.
- Check whether it has unusual sound, if found any unusual sound, please stop machine to check it;
- Check whether machine has unusual movement, If found any unusual movement, please stop machine to check it.
- Check whether machine has bad smell, after having found it, stop machine to check it;
- Casually inspect the machine earthing condition to see if it’s electrified, guarantee safety;
- Casually check the power supply, power voltage and see if it is phase-lack;
- Inspect the table surface everyday, not put anything unconcerned with work on it;
- When inputting pattern into computer every time, shut machine power according to indication, then operate it;
- Inspect the maintenance and lubrication.
