The lifting chain stitch machine+ new hook base adjusting method

  1. Stop machine at 100 degree, the lowest point is 250 degree-255 degrees (press the 4th button on the first row (manlike button) of the computer), the next page, then the next page again, select moving the frame after the needle is on the lower position, the needle is at the lowest point，when machine shall be at 250-255 degree.)
  2. Lifting rod adjustment (small eccentric rod): tighten the main shaft, rotate the lifting rod. When the needle is at the lowest position, adjust the value of the potentiometer to 10 and tighten the potentiometer, at the very time, the right side platform to the driving cam sets (Big eccentric rod) is aclinic and upside-toward.
  3. Driving cam sets adjustment; stop the machine at 100 degree, the lifting crank can come out through the gap of the driving cam sets.
  4. Machine stop at 100 degree, the needle hook reveal the needlepoint.
The parts in the hooking base:
  1. When aiming at the needle position, the thread-pulling hole on the looper (chain-rotary-hook) is at the very rear (back side), the needle hook direction is on the very opposite side to the thread pulling hole, that’s to say, they have 180 degree difference between inside, here D shaft (lower shaft) sensor turns on.
  2. When the first stitch starts, the hole of looper deflects toward the left side by 35 degree at minimum, if less than 35 degrees, please check the clearance between the gears.
